Q 1: What if I don't want to use my credit card on your website... Can I just give you my info over the phone?
Answer: Of course you can! Even though we have a completely secure site, we can absolutely take your order over the phone if you feel more comfortable doing so! Q 2: What if I want a different shipping option? Can I use my UPS account instead?
Answer: Of course you can! Just give us a call with your order, and we'll ship it any way you want!
Q 3: What if I want something that I don't see on your website... I need a custom size. Do you do that?
Answer: Of course we do! You can use our "Quick Name Tag Quote" section of our website, or just give us a call! Q 4: Before I order, I would like to recieve a proof to ensure that I am getting what I expect. Is this possible?
Answer: Yes! We can absolutely email you a mock-up, or proof of the item or items you wish to order. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
