SHIPPING

If items are in stock, we always try to ship products as quickly as possible! Please allow 5-7 days production time for all custom made products including name tags. Larger quantity orders as well as plaque orders may require additional production time. If you need products for a certain deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate that date. Be aware that the shipping speed you choose at check out does not reflect on production time, shipping time is in addition to the standard production time.

When your order has shipped and you receive a confirmation email of your order shipping, please be aware that after the order has been marked delivered, you have 10 days of the delivery date to let us know if the order was not in fact delivered to the ship to address. After the 10-day period, we will not be responsible for any missing orders.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico ships USPS Priority, unless otherwise requested.

Canadian and Outside the US Customers: The customer is responsible for payment of shipping charges, border fees and duties. 

RETURNS

If for any reason your order arrives with an error or missing item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible. For stock items, you may return your merchandise within 10 days of receiving your order for a full credit, excluding custom printed items.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please include a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip.
